How to choose
Check your cycle
Confirm the tested rank, handbook edition and current study guidance. A larger question bank does not prove better coverage.
Compare access terms
One-time, lifetime, annual and cycle-specific products are different purchases. Look at the full cost for the time you need.
Try your daily workflow
Decide whether you need audio, offline study, SJT scenarios or short review sessions. Try a sample when one is available.
Common questions
Which paid PFE study app should I choose?
Choose the tool that fits your tested rank, study cycle and routine. Compare access terms, handbook references, SJT practice and audio. This page lists features, not a performance ranking or a promotion guarantee.
What is included in Promotion Prep?
Promotion Prep combines handbook practice with explanations and citations, SJT practice, a mock exam, notes, a study plan and a study helper. A free sample is available before buying lifetime access.
Does the free sample change every time?
No. The free question pool is a fixed set of six questions. Reopening an exam changes their order, not the eligible pool.
Can I listen to Promotion Prep study material?
Listen is available on free sample reading material. Full access adds the rest of the reading material plus Read aloud on regular quiz questions and timed practice exams. The Real PFE Mock Exam does not have read-aloud.
Are these official Air Force products?
Promotion Prep is an independent study aid, not an official Air Force or Department of Defense product. Check current official publications and testing guidance for the material that applies to you.
Are all listed prices lifetime prices?
No. Some products charge once, others list subscriptions, and some are tied to a rank or cycle. Prices here are from US iOS listings checked October 29, 2026. Taxes, offers and other-platform prices can differ. Check each seller before buying.
